The Students Representative Council in University College of Entrepreneurship has had about two semesters of squabble. This has been due to the embezzlement of funds by a group in the Students body. Rumors gathered so far indicates that the group which included the President, General Secretary, Assistant Organizing Officer, and the Treasurer of the body were involved in the embezzlement of some money given to the body to organize an Akwaaba Party for freshers in June this year. The group were accused of forging expenditure documents and inflating expenses which is against the Student body’s constitution. After much deliberation between the entire student body and the school administration, it was agreed that the defaulting members would exit the body and repay the amount loaned to the council by the administration of the school. The Vice President of the body, Mr. Kweku Asamoah has reiterated the dedication of the council to work towards student fulfillment and the upholding of school regulations.
